Biography
My goal is to introduce the benefits of Chinese Medicine to people from all walks of life. I believe that health and wellness is a team effort between medical practitioners and the patient. By approaching the goal of good health in a multifaceted way; acupuncture, diet, exercise, other medical therapies, real wellness can be achieved.
I am a born and raised New Englander, I became serious about medicine while still in high school when I studied Reiki with Master Kathie Valentine for my first level of Reiki Practitioner in 2003. I then achieved my Second Degree of Reiki Practitioner in 2005. In college I studied Art History and Professional Technical Writing at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut. I graduated Magnum Cum Laude with my B.A. In 2007 I decided to get serious about Chinese Medicine and moved to the west coast. I am currently in my last and intern year at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, Oregon. I am also working towards my Qi Gong Teaching certification with Qi Gong Master Liu He
In my precious free time I bike, play board games, read and am an avid Star Trek fan.
